I learned how to create a triangle pixelation effect on any image in Photoshop.

Step One: Create three duplicates of the same image

Step Two: Warp one image 45 degrees one way and another -45 degrees the other way

Step Three: Apply a mosaic effect to both of those images.

Step Four: Warp both of the images 45 degrees back in the direction they came from, which gives a slanted mosaic effect

Step 5: Set those to images to 50% opacity so that the non-mosaic image is able to come through and create the proper effect
