Abstract Painting Progress #3

Today, I worked on adding texture to the painting. It is harder to see in the photo, but I added texture with my palette knife to the dark red areas and the green-yellow areas in the top left and running down to the bottom right. Near the bottom right, I also mixed the green and yellow in a way that I thought was more interesting. I also removed the eyes so that I would not be relying on symbols in my painting.
